Early mornings are the reason I went freelance. Waking up to an alarm ruins my day, every time.
2am, and I am carefully inspecting all my domains to make sure nothing went wrong in a server swap. Party time for this freelancer.
Also, I'd like to say, if you don't like Johnny Cash's Legend of Henry's Hammer, then you are dumb.
Also, I'm a total jerk for not saying congrats to the wifey, @hillarywasson, for her first day at her grown-up job.
Not quite done hypertweeting while 'working'. Tonight: walked mutts, watched True Blood, ran 3 miles, workedworkedworked. It's a good life.

Single. Wifey goes in triplicates, so I guess we average out to doubles.
Server swap finalized. Already a feeling of relief washes over me as I'm not all that concerned about it crashing anymore (fingers crossed)

Also, the Dell requires an expensive adapter to work with Apple laptops, and doesn't have the built-in power for the laptop.

Seems like its not going to take much time to recoup the cost of that new super-server. Yay for irresponsible business decisions that work.
Of course Photoshop would crash as I try a complex maneuver like deleting a layer. I'd say this happens 1/3 of the time I try it.
I was just contacted by a guy who ripped me off on a project a few years ago looking for 'overflow work'. How things change....

Typical Monday: Hundreds of emails sent, dozens of phone calls answered, no real work accomplished. Good times.
Trying to move out of webmail and into a dedicated program. Works great except for my 30,000 messages in my inbox. Whoops.
Hoping to launch 3 websites by the end of the week. Can I do it? Probably not, but here's to tryin'.

After endless meetings, phone calls, and server issues I'm finally ready to actually start working today. And it's only 6:00.
Everytime I get a Skype call on my iPhone, especially over 3G, I think about how amazingly awesome technology is.
